## Description

Wine & Travel Week is an international event dedicated to luxury wine tourism, bringing together premium tourism suppliers and carefully selected travel trade buyers. Organised by Essência Company, the event returns to Porto, Portugal, for its fifth edition from 14 to 21 February 2027, with support from Turismo de Portugal, the Great Wine Capitals Global Network and the Porto Municipality.

The programme combines two days of pre-scheduled business meetings, post-event tours across Portugal’s seven tourism regions, and Essência do Vinho, a public wine event at the Palácio da Bolsa. Suppliers include wineries, hotels, associations and wine routes offering experiences connected to local heritage, culture and nature. They can access matchmaking tools, buyer profiles, up to 40 pre-booked meetings, networking opportunities and event promotion.

Hosted buyers are travel advisors, tour operators and other luxury travel decision-makers, selected through an approval process. Their participation includes meetings with suppliers, accommodation, economy airfare and a regional post tour.
