Wingspan Life Resources is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing residential care for adults with developmental disabilities in the state of Minnesota. With over 30 residential facilities located in Hennepin, Ramsey, and Dakota counties, we are licensed by the State of Minnesota to care for up to 120 individuals. Our mission is to inspire community and empower those impacted by disabilities to live their best life.

At Wingspan, we offer a range of services including residential care in group homes and In-Home programs. Our dedicated team, guided by our core values of respect, choice, integrity, growth, learning, and fellowship, ensures that each individual receives the support they need to achieve personal development beyond their initial limits. In addition to our residential services, Wingspan Life Resources also offers specialized services, as well as a Rainbow Support Group to foster a sense of belonging and connection.
