## Description

WingTjung is a martial arts and self-defense brand offering training in WingTjung KungFu and armed combat across studios in Herzogenaurach, Höchstadt, Forchheim, Bamberg, Neustadt, Würzburg, and Bayreuth. Its approach combines practical self-defense with the development of confidence, discipline, body control, and mental strength for everyday life. WingTjung, also known as Wing Chun or Wing Tsun, emphasizes direct, rapid movements, efficient use of force, reflexes, and partner exercises. The program is open to beginners and experienced students, with training concepts designed for children, teenagers, and women as well as other participants. WingTjung also offers stick and sword combat, drawing on Escrima, WingTjung double-knife techniques, and historical sword-fighting systems such as HEMA. Students practise handling weapons safely and effectively in dynamic, realistic training suited to different experience levels. The organization invites prospective students to arrange a trial session and provides information about classes, prices, courses, and its studios through its website.
