# Winnie & Walter - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `winniewalter.com` ## Description Winnie & Walter, a small boutique company, was a beloved brand that unfortunately closed their virtual doors at the end of 2019. However, let's take a trip down memory lane and learn about their interesting history. Officially opening in January 2014, Winnie & Walter was the brainchild of two brilliant pups. Yes, you read it right, these were four-legged dogs known for their adorableness and loyalty. The humans behind the scenes, Julie Mogford and J.E. Shay, worked tirelessly to bring Winnie and Walter's dreams to life. Julie eventually stepped down in 2015 to focus on her family and health. Despite this, Shay continues to fulfill their shared ideals. At Winnie & Walter, creating fun and value is at the heart of everything. They encourage customers to use their products creatively, mixing collections and mediums. As a company, they value and appreciate every order, interaction, and project made with their products. Although Winnie and Walter are no longer available, their legacy lives on in the hearts of crafters everywhere.
