Since its inception, the team has aimed to challenge the status quo within the racing community, emphasizing inclusivity and diversity on and off the track. Recently, however, the team faced significant turmoil with the dismissal of driver Bubba Wallace, a historic figure as one of the few African American racers at NASCAR's highest level. His tenure, marked by notable achievements but also controversies, led to questions about the team's direction and public relations strategy. Wallace's advocacy for social justice and an outspoken demeanor often overshadowed his racing performance, culminating in a contentious split that has polarized fans and commentators alike. As 23XI Racing navigates this tumultuous period, they are in search of a new driver to fill the void left by Wallace, while also addressing the broader conversations around representation and inclusivity in motorsports. ## Industries - 🏎 Vehicles - 🏎 Motorsports _(under Vehicles)_ ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idKeX738Rl/w/180/h/180/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1755009705761) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Deep Cerulean | #0077b5 | accent | | Mine Shaft | #222222 | dark | | Goldenrod | #ffcb70 | light | ## Fonts - system-ui — asset _(system)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
