# WKSC - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `wksc.org.uk` ## Description West Kirby Sailing Club is a family-friendly sailing club located at the southern end of West Kirby Marine Lake, with views across the Dee Estuary. It welcomes sailors of all ages and abilities, offering opportunities to learn, race, cruise, paddle board, socialise and volunteer. Members can sail on the Marine Lake or, when conditions and tides allow, enjoy tidal sailing on the estuary. The club supports a wide range of dinghy classes, with weekly lake racing throughout the year, and has fleets for tidal sailing and cruising. Its cruiser section organises races and rallies to destinations in the North West and beyond, with drying moorings for boats up to 40 feet. The club also provides boat storage and a clubhouse with an active social programme. As an RYA Training Centre, West Kirby Sailing Club runs sailing courses and events for juniors and adults, helping newcomers build skills and confidence. It also hosts the Wilson Trophy, an annual team-racing competition held in May and recognised as a leading event in the sport. ## Industries - 🎸 Hobbies and Leisure - 🏈 Sports - 🏈 Water Sports _(under Sports)_ ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idUy38Hxro/w/1611/h/362/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791360950298) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Shadow | #8c6d51 | accent | | Stratos | #00005c | dark | | Ripe Lemon | #f7e32d | light | --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
