# WMC-Gulpen - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `wmc-gulpen.nl` ## Description Wieler- en Mountainbike Club Gulpen, known as WMC Gulpen, is a cycling club founded on November 1, 2006. Based in Gulpen, the club brings together 31 enthusiastic cycling fans who share a passion for road cycling, mountain biking and gravel riding. Members ride in club kit featuring white, dark blue and light blue, and enjoy the different disciplines together throughout the year. During winter, activities focus mainly on gravel and mountain biking; in other seasons, road cycling takes centre stage. The club’s annual cycling weekend is a highlight, with a different destination each year. Rides start from the club’s meeting place, Grand Café Neubourg in Gulpen, and range across the Euregio, reaching into the Ardennes and Eifel. Routes can be as long as 130 kilometres. WMC Gulpen also helps maintain a permanent mountain-bike route and a permanent gravel route in South Limburg. This work is carried out with regional partners, including MOZL, VVV Zuid Limburg and local municipalities.
