WestMass ElderCare is a private, non-profit agency located in Holyoke, MA, dedicated to helping older adults and individuals with disabilities live healthy, independent lives at home. Since 1974, we have been providing information, resources, and long-term care services to support the comfort and well-being of our community members. Our mission is to promote dignity and respect for elders in our region.

Whether you or your loved ones need assistance with daily activities or household tasks, we offer a comprehensive range of programs and services regardless of insurance or income. From home care to home-delivered meals, our goal is to empower individuals to make the most of every day. We are designated as an Aging Services Access Point and an Area Agency on Aging by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affairs, and we partner with a diverse network of local and statewide organizations to support independence and caregiving.
