WO=MEN is a Dutch gender platform that advocates for equal power relations between women, men, and gender non-conforming individuals. Its mission spans both global and local contexts, recognizing that sexual orientation and gender identity should never lead to unequal treatment. With 50 organizations and 125 professionals involved, WO=MEN is the largest gender platform in Europe.

Together, they work towards a just world where gender equality and the rights of women and girls are respected. WO=MEN coordinates the Dutch implementation of Sustainable Development Goal 5 (SDG 5), which focuses on gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls. The platform also addresses other important themes, such as gender, peace, and security, as well as gender in sustainable economics.
