Women Equity Partners (WEP) is a brand dedicated to supporting the growth of women-led businesses. Since 2010, they have provided operational and financial assistance, along with a vast network of business and influential connections, to promote and enhance the visibility of these enterprises. They focus on four key areas: developing and sharing a better understanding of women-led SMEs, identifying and disseminating best management practices, providing support and funding to SMEs and mid-sized companies, and expanding their institutional and media presence.

Through research conducted by an international scientific council, they aim to contribute to a greater knowledge of women-led SMEs and their access to private equity in France. Their annual Indexes analyze the performance of nearly 40,000 SMEs and mid-sized companies, revealing the underrepresentation of women in leadership roles and their strong financial performance. They also organize knowledge-sharing events, support the growth and transformation of businesses, and facilitate media promotion to enhance their value and profile.
