At Women@Dior, a unique international mentoring and educational program led by the Maison Dior and UNESCO, young women from around the world are empowered to become tomorrow's leaders. Through a state-of-the-art online education program and mentorship, participants learn about self-confidence, gender equality, creativity, inclusivity, and sustainability. This program, founded in 2017, selects participants from various fields and countries to create a diverse and enriching environment.

Mentees are guided by their Dior Mentors to navigate their careers, build professional experience, and work on projects that support the empowerment of young girls. The culminating event is the annual Global Conference at UNESCO, where inspiring speakers discuss education, equal opportunities, and gender equality. By joining forces with UNESCO's Global Education Coalition, Women@Dior is committed to providing education opportunities for disadvantaged young women worldwide.
