Women in Comedy

Women in Comedy is a non-profit organization based in Chicago, IL, dedicated to empowering, connecting, and advocating for women and girls in comedy. Founded by comedian and entrepreneur Victoria Elena Nones, we strive to create better representation and experiences for women and minorities in the comedy industry. With over 50 volunteers in various cities and an advisory board of professionals in comedy and business, we offer free and low-cost events, resources, and education for women and girls seeking paid careers in comedy.

Our mission is to educate, empower, and connect powerful, ambitious, hilarious, and talented women in the comedy industry through resources that foster their professional development.
