## Description

Women On IT, founded by Beata, is a vibrant and inclusive community based in Malta. Beata, an advocate for women in technology, was inspired to create Women On IT after noticing the lack of female representation in tech events. The initiative aims to bring together women in technology, startups, and female leaders, supported by men as well. Through meetups, workshops, and networking events, Women On IT promotes visibility and inclusion for women and underrepresented groups in the tech and startup industries. With a focus on empowerment and creating new role models, Women On IT encourages members to hack the future and succeed. Join this grassroots community to be a part of a dynamic network that fosters positivity, support, and growth. Stay tuned for upcoming events and opportunities to engage with like-minded individuals passionate about driving change in the tech world. #WomenOnIT #PositivityHackDelivered
