Women's Career Network is a dynamic and impactful organization that was established in 2015 in Stockholm, Sweden. Founded by eight ambitious young women, their main objective is to address the issue of gender inequality in the workplace. Women continue to be underrepresented in senior positions globally, and WCN aims to change that.

Their mission is to provide a platform for driven business and law students to connect with like-minded peers, industry mentors, and reputable companies. By fostering meaningful connections, WCN empowers its members to excel in their careers and contribute to a more diverse and inclusive workforce. WCN offers a range of opportunities for women to connect and advance their careers.

They organize various events and provide one-on-one mentorship with senior professionals. Additionally, they have a network called WCN Professionals to support and stay connected with members after graduation. Since its inception, the organization has expanded from Stockholm to Brisbane and is currently thriving in Sweden, Finland, and Australia.

Working closely with an Advisory Board consisting of industry professionals, WCN ensures its ongoing development and future success.
