The Women's Community is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing specialized services and resources to individuals and families in central Wisconsin who have been affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking. Our mission is to empower survivors and their communities by offering quality programming, advocacy, and education to help them achieve emotional and economic self-sufficiency. At The Women's Community, we serve victims of all backgrounds, regardless of their race, religion, gender identity, or sexual orientation.

We specifically support populations that may face additional cultural or societal pressures, such as Hmong, Hispanic, LGBTQ, the elderly, men, and individuals with hearing disabilities. We offer a range of free services, including confidential shelter, food, and clothing, counseling, domestic violence and sexual abuse advocacy, services for abused or assaulted children and teens, sexual assault victim services, and support groups for domestic abuse or sexual assault victims. Celebrating 40 years of transforming lives in 2018, The Women's Community continues to strive towards reducing and eradicating violence in our communities
