# Womens Golf Illawarra - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `womensgolfillawarra.com.au` ## Description Women’s Golf Illawarra (WGI) is the regional association representing women golfers across the Illawarra and Shoalhaven regions. Formed as a separate entity in October 2008 after previously combining with the Nepean region, the association connects golfers and affiliated clubs across a coastal area with 16 golf courses, from Russell Vale to Sussex Inlet. WGI supports women’s golf through events, club activities and pennant competitions. Its website shares information about the association, local courses, an events calendar, news and honours boards, helping members and visitors keep up with regional golf. Featured activities include WGI open tournaments and women’s open events hosted by local clubs, as well as community events such as Pancreatic Cancer Day at Jamberoo. The association also reports on pennant competitions and celebrates teams representing local clubs. Recent champions include Wollongong in the Gold division, Jamberoo in Silver and Mollymook in Bronze. With its focus on women’s golf, club participation and regional competition, WGI serves as a central point of information for golfers exploring the Illawarra and Shoalhaven golf community. ## Industries - 🏈 Sports - 🏈 Golf _(under Sports)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/WGIGolf) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idliDOIlcL/w/2560/h/942/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791152052739) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idliDOIlcL/w/200/h/200/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791152053148) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Apple | #5f9434 | accent | | Mine Shaft | #3a3a3a | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
