## Description

The Women’s Leadership Conference, created by Vicki Updike, founder of New Sage Strategies LLC, is an annual professional development and networking event in Green Bay, Wisconsin. New Sage Strategies is dedicated to developing effective leaders, and the conference extends that mission by creating a community where women can connect, learn, and advance their careers. Open to women at every career stage, the event offers keynote presentations, breakout sessions, practical leadership tools, and opportunities to build new relationships and strengthen existing ones. Its program addresses workplace challenges and encourages participants to understand their strengths, broaden their perspectives, and lead with confidence. The conference also creates an inclusive space for candid conversations, mutual support, and inspiration. In 2026, its eighth annual gathering will take place October 6 and 7 under the theme “Fear Less. Be Fearless.” The program includes a backstage event, a full conference day, and speakers with varied perspectives on issues women face at work.
