The Women's Media Center (WMC) is a progressive, nonpartisan nonprofit organization founded in 2005 by Jane Fonda, Robin Morgan, and Gloria Steinem. Their mission is to raise the visibility, viability, and decision-making power of women and girls in media. In order to achieve this, the WMC strategically utilizes various platforms and channels to transform both the media landscape and the culture surrounding the amplification of women's voices, stories, experiences, and images.

The WMC conducts research and publishes several reports and books on topics such as fair language use, gender-neutral coverage of women candidates and politicians, and the representation of women in media. They also provide original content through channels like WMC Features, WMC FBomb, WMC Speech Project, WMC Women Under Siege, WMC IDAR/E, and WMC Climate, as well as the Women's Media Center Live with Robin Morgan radio program. Additionally, the WMC offers training and leadership programs to enhance the media savvy and interview skills of women and girls.
