Women Stepping Forward for Agriculture (WSFA) is a brand that has been hosting the Women Stepping Forward for Agriculture conference for the past 20 years. The conference aims to bring women from diverse backgrounds together to celebrate agriculture and foster growth. However, after much consideration, the volunteer Planning Committee has decided to conclude the conference in 2022 after its 20th anniversary.

WSFA is committed to supporting the future of agriculture by donating the remaining funds from the conference to the Montana FFA Foundation. The foundation utilizes these funds to provide grants to FFA members for their Supervised Agricultural Experiences (SAE) projects. These projects not only benefit FFA members but also contribute to Montana's economy, with FFA members adding over $3 million annually through their SAE projects.

Although the conference will no longer continue, WSFA encourages attendees, sponsors, vendors, and friends to continue pursuing growth opportunities, advocate for Montana's agriculture industry, and support the valuable work of the Montana FFA Foundation
