## Description

Her Program supports mothers navigating perimenopause and menopause while raising children, offering guidance for a life stage that can affect mood, sleep, memory, energy, and family relationships. Created by Dr. Amy Maher and Erica Kafka, PA-C, the program brings together science and ancient wisdom to help women better understand their changing bodies and find support without judgment.

Members can explore several ways to begin: a free Perimenopause Awareness Guide for mothers, the Sisterhood Circle community, and individual coaching with Dr. Amy through a weekly, ongoing partnership. The free Sisterhood Circle offers weekly articles, group chat, and live events for mothers seeking connection and shared understanding. Her Program also hosts live educational masterclasses on topics such as symptoms, long-term health, and the transitions of motherhood and midlife. For deeper immersion, it offers seasonal retreats, including the upcoming Visionary Mother retreat scheduled for June 2027. Built by mothers in perimenopause for mothers in midlife, Her Program aims to help women feel less alone and approach this transition with greater insight and support.
