## Description

**Brand Description: WONNOW Awards**

The WONNOW Awards, a collaborative initiative by CaixaBank and Microsoft Ibérica, are dedicated to fostering gender equality in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields. With a mission to empower female students, these awards celebrate academic excellence while addressing the underrepresentation of women in STEM careers, where only 16% of professionals are female in Spain.

The seventh edition invites applications from women enrolled in STEM degree programs at Spanish universities. The awards feature a monetary prize of €10,000 for outstanding academic performance, and 15 paid internships at CaixaBank, providing invaluable professional experience. Additionally, recipients benefit from exclusive mentoring programs with Microsoft, designed to enhance career development.

The initiative not only highlights the achievements of female STEM students but also promotes future leadership by creating role models for young women in science and technology. With a commitment to building an equitable future, WONNOW aims to transform the landscape of STEM professions through recognition and support for women's contributions.

Join us in inspiring the next generation of female leaders in STEM!
