## Description

Wooden Buddy is a Czech-designed and patented training partner for martial arts, created by Michal Šerák and handmade in Prague. Inspired by the traditional wooden dummy, it offers a compact way to practise at home, occupying just 0.3 square metres and mounting on wall bars. Its adjustable resistance, body rotation and spring mechanisms support varied training movements and techniques.

The product is available in four versions: Classic, Whity, Ninja and Navy. Each version provides the same functions; they differ in colour and whether the body is wrapped in rope. The range includes a natural wood finish, white rope, black and blue options.

Wooden Buddy is intended to help martial artists and combat-sport practitioners develop coordination, balance, flexibility, sensitivity and inner strength, alongside hand and leg techniques. The brand also provides free training videos organised by focus, including flexibility, inner strength, hand techniques and foot techniques. Customers can request information, arrange a personal demonstration or discuss custom manufacturing directly with the creator.
