Work Now Hawaii is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping people living with disabilities achieve independence through gainful employment. Our mission is to create and support employment options for individuals with disabilities, giving them opportunities for success and self-sufficiency. With our unique training programs, we maximize each individual's strengths and abilities, boosting their confidence and productivity.

We also provide accommodations tailored to their specific needs throughout their careers. Our work has evolved over the years, and we currently offer several programs. Our Work Based Learning program helps high school students with disabilities explore different work settings, gain valuable experience, and acquire industry-recognized certifications.

Through our Ticket to Work service, we assist Social Security disability beneficiaries in reaching their work goals with free job supports. We also offer support for disability-owned businesses and provide community surveys to gather valuable information. Work Now Hawaii is committed to creating inclusive and fulfilling employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
