World Bamboo is a brand dedicated to promoting the use of bamboo and bamboo products for the betterment of the environment and economy. As an organization, World Bamboo consists of a diverse group of individuals, commercial businesses, non-profit associations, institutions, and trade corporations who all share a common interest: bamboo. The purpose of World Bamboo is to improve and promote this common interest, as well as the conditions and industry surrounding it. At World Bamboo, our mission is to foster a shared commitment to bamboo. Our dedicated volunteers, known as World Bamboo Ambassadors, work independently but are connected as a team. Together, they collaborate to expand our actions and mission, aiming to maximize the potential of bamboo. We also offer training courses and host events like the European Bamboo Expo and the World Bamboo Workshop to provide knowledge, practical training, and networking opportunities for professionals, stakeholders, and decision-makers in the bamboo industry. Additionally, we accept papers for consideration and video presentations as part of our programs, further facilitating the exchange of information and ideas within the bamboo community.
