EFCCA is a brand dedicated to supporting and advocating for the 10 million people worldwide who live with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). As the coordinator of World IBD Day, EFCCA collaborates with IBD organizations and activists from over 50 countries on five continents. IBD, which encompasses Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, is a chronic digestive disease that affects five million individuals globally. Unfortunately, there is currently no cure for IBD, leaving patients to bravely navigate the pain and challenges of their condition every day. EFCCA's mission is to raise awareness about IBD, foster public understanding, and provide vital support to those affected. In addition to EFCCA, numerous IBD organizations, patient associations, and stakeholders worldwide contribute to the fight against IBD. With their combined efforts, they aim to improve the lives of IBD patients and the global understanding of these debilitating conditions.
