## Description

WorldRadioHistory is a nonprofit online library dedicated to preserving the history of radio, broadcasting, music, and broadcast technology. Published by David E. F. Gleason, the site offers more than 140,000 free documents, books, and magazines, including a collection described as spanning nine million pages. Its archive serves broadcasters, researchers, radio enthusiasts, and anyone interested in the development of media and communications.

Visitors can explore publications covering radio and music, broadcasting business, advertising, television, audio technology, electronics, amateur radio, and international broadcasting. The collection includes historic trade magazines, industry newsletters, technical publications, and more than 1,000 books on electronics, radio programming, and music. Dedicated sections feature material from the United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, Oceania, and Latin America, as well as early radio history and amateur radio.

WorldRadioHistory also provides search tools to locate titles, articles, people, and text within documents or publication webpages. The project is supported by contributors, advisers, scanning assistance, and preservation equipment and technology.
