## Description

WORR Motorsport is a South African karting team and driver-development organisation focused on discovering and preparing young African talent for competitive motorsport. Working across African countries, it combines driver coaching, race engineering, professional mechanics and racing equipment to support drivers from introductory karting through higher-level competition. Its offerings include a one-day WORR Experience, an Intro Course covering kart control, track awareness, racing lines, braking and racecraft, and the structured Drivers Academy for beginners and experienced racers. The MSA4 Programme helps developing drivers build the skills and discipline required for competitive karting. WORR also operates an authorised Rotax service centre, providing maintenance, engine rebuilds and race-day support. For newcomers and parents, it offers a digital fundamentals manual covering track rules, flags, kart setup, tools and basic driving skills. The team supports drivers in national and international competition and connects participants with the Online Karting League for simulator-based racing. Through Karting Africa, WORR promotes pathways for drivers and motorsport professionals, with a broader mission to grow African racing talent.
