## Description

Wortels en Wolken is a personal practice founded in 2011 to create space for people to connect with themselves, their bodies and one another. Guided by the idea that strong roots help people reach new heights, its work brings together playfulness, ritual, movement, yoga, creativity and storytelling. The practice offers monthly women’s gatherings inspired by the moon, where participants use meditation, ritual, movement and creative activities to explore intentions and make room for what is present. Yoga classes are available for young people and adults, in groups or individually, and welcome people of different ages and levels of flexibility. Sacred Body Wisdom supports a deeper connection with the body and its experiences, while bespoke rituals can mark the beginning or end of a significant life phase, alone or with others. Wortels en Wolken also offers a book, Traneninkt en vlinderschrift, a young adult story about family change, love, sadness and finding words through diary writing.
