Wouter Bongaerts is a seasoned Animation Director with nearly 13 years of experience as a freelance animator and motion designer. He specializes in creating captivating animated works, including both commercial projects and short films. Wouter's notable graduation film, "Mouse For Sale," gained recognition at numerous international film festivals, earning over a dozen awards such as the prestigious VAF Wildcard and being acquired by Disney Animation for their YouTube channel.

His directorial debut, "Mia," produced at Creative Conspiracy, has also won accolades in esteemed festivals including Clermont-Ferrand and the Austin Film Festival, as well as making it to the Academy Oscars longlist selection. Wouter's latest project, "Panta Rhei," is a 2D animated film that premiered in the Official Selection at the 2018 Annecy Animation Film Festival. With a rich history of collaboration in various renowned studios, Wouter is currently seeking new opportunities to further his career in animation and storytelling.
