## Description

WOW.D LAB is a Korean company specializing in design thinking, facilitation, and education and training. It helps individuals and organizations rethink how they work, move beyond familiar problems and predictable solutions, and achieve more meaningful outcomes. Its work focuses on discovering valuable, real-world problems, generating ideas through collaboration, and improving solutions from the customer’s perspective.

The company offers mindset, skills-development, and specialist training, along with co-creation programs. These include idea-discovery workshops, idea-thons, sessions using prior art, and idea concept testing. WOW.D LAB also participates in the joint operation of Daejeon SOS Lab. Its programs are designed around project-based learning, emphasizing active participation and learning through experience rather than instruction alone.

Drawing on facilitation expertise and experience with practical workplace challenges, WOW.D LAB works with participants to produce useful workshop outcomes. It also supports organizations in embedding people-centered ways of working through frameworks, toolkits, coaching, and feedback. The company provides tailored proposals for projects and aims to help teams build lasting innovation practices.
