## Description

The Western Pennsylvania Golf Association (WPGA) serves the game of golf in Western Pennsylvania, supporting individual members and member clubs. Its Product Support Portal brings together information and assistance for golfers, club staff, and administrators, with guidance on digital tools and services provided as benefits to the golfing community.

Golfers can find resources for the USGA/GHIN mobile app, posting scores, the World Handicap System, handicap calculations, course ratings, and the Rules of Golf. Club staff and administrators can access support for the GHIN Admin Portal and USGA Tournament Management. The portal also shares updates about platform launches and service rollouts.

For additional help, the WPGA office provides support Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; requests sent outside those hours may take longer. For immediate after-hours assistance with USGA Tournament Management, users are directed to the help function within Golf Genius software. Through these resources and services, the WPGA helps golfers and clubs navigate the tools that support participation and administration of the game.
