## Description

WP Physiotherapists is a physiotherapy provider founded in 2016 by Wimpie van der Meijden and Nazreena Hassim. With practices across the Western Cape, including Tokai, Milnerton, Gardens, De Waterkant and Sea Point, as well as Bedfordview, the organisation focuses on personalised physical recovery and rehabilitation. Its clinical interests include sports injuries, post-operative care and rehabilitation, and support for hospital inpatients.

Services include physiotherapy, sports massage, shockwave and laser therapy, dry needling, strapping, Pilates, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and home-based physiotherapy. The practice also offers specialised breastfeeding rehabilitation in Tokai. Treatment plans are tailored to individual needs, with the aim of improving mobility, easing pain and supporting a return to everyday activities or sport. WP Physiotherapists combines clinic-based care with convenient at-home services and provides information through its blog and practice resources. Its team brings experience in sports physiotherapy, post-operative recovery, hospital care and outpatient rehabilitation, serving patients seeking support through injury, surgery and other physical health needs.
