## Description

Wrestling Club Ostrava is a sports club in Ostrava offering movement and wrestling programmes for children and young athletes. Its activities range from KidsGym for ages four to seven, focused on playful physical development, to introductory wrestling for children from age six and freestyle wrestling for participants aged ten and older. Training develops coordination, balance, agility, strength, wrestling technique and sporting discipline, with opportunities to attend tournaments and compete in a non-pressured, supportive environment.

The club is led by Jiří Bystroň, a second-class coach with experience in youth wrestling and national team coaching. Training plans are adapted to the group and individual athlete, with attention to workload, health, motivation and personal goals. Advanced athletes can receive individual preparation, and HRV measurement is available for interested competitors from the U15 category. The club also offers consultations with a physician.

Wrestling Club Ostrava promotes fair play, friendship and an open, inclusive atmosphere.
