## Description

World T.E.A.M. is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering inclusivity in sports by creating unique athletic challenges for both adaptive and able-bodied athletes. With a mission to empower individuals through physical activity, World T.E.A.M. hosts a variety of events that encourage participants to overcome physical, emotional, and technical obstacles. Notable programs include an annual cycling challenge from Arlington, Virginia to Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, and another from Nyack, New York to the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, both of which honor the sacrifices made by adaptive military veterans. Additionally, their competitive team challenges in Colorado offer off-road cycling, river rafting, rock climbing, and orienteering, promoting teamwork and resilience. By combining adventure with inclusivity, World T.E.A.M. not only celebrates athletic achievement but also cultivates a supportive community for individuals facing challenges. Their inspiring initiatives highlight the power of sport in fostering confidence and connection among participants.
