## Description

Wu Wei Gung Fu, also known as the Spontaneous Movement, is a modern martial art designed for self-defense and everyday life challenges. The foundation of Wu Wei Gung Fu is the principle of Wu Wei, spontaneous action: an instinctive response to the present moment without planning or thought. Although rooted in centuries-old technical knowledge, the system itself was established in the mid-20th century by Professor Joseph Cowles, a student of Bruce Lee at the first school in Seattle. Wu Wei Gung Fu integrates elements from Chinese martial arts and incorporates technical and mental aspects from Western boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Russian Sambo, and Filipino weapon arts. The training encompasses various hand and leg techniques, escapes and throws, ground work, cold weapon combat, and weapon defense. Led by Israel's head of the system, Eyal Koren, Wu Wei Gung Fu applies theoretical and practical combat principles unique to the system.
