## Description

Wyoming Public Media is a public media organization and a service of the University of Wyoming. Its mission is to connect people across Wyoming through news and cultural programming that informs, inspires, and educates. The organization serves audiences through Wyoming Public Radio, Classical Wyoming, Wyoming Sounds, and Jazz Wyoming, with live streams, an on-air schedule, and guidance on listening via its website and mobile app.

Its journalism covers communities and issues across the state, including politics and government, education, health, arts and culture, natural resources, energy, science, tribal news, and the economy. Wyoming Public Media also features NPR and Mountain West News Bureau coverage, alongside locally focused reporting and programs such as Open Spaces, Wyoming Debrief, HumaNature, and The Modern West. Cultural and music offerings include classical, jazz, acoustic, and regional programming, as well as broadcasts and studio sessions.

In addition to broadcasting and digital content, the organization offers podcasts, community events, newsletters, and opportunities to volunteer, support its work, and connect through educational and cultural programming.
