WYSE Travel Confederation is a global not-for-profit association that represents the entire youth, student, and educational travel industry. For over twenty years, they have conducted the New Horizons study, the first-ever global study of youth and student travelers using primary research. This project aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the youth and student travel market, which included more than 330 million international trips in 2019. New Horizons is the only recurring global survey of the international youth and student travel market, and it has grown in scale and scope since its first edition in 2002. The study gathers consistent and detailed information about the social and cultural aspects of young travelers, as well as their travel purchases, booking methods, destinations, and previous travel experiences. It is a valuable resource for organizations and businesses that want to better understand the behaviors and preferences of young travelers. WYSE Travel Confederation invites organizations to get involved in the New Horizons survey by sharing it with their clients. By participating, organizations can contribute to the collective knowledge of young travelers worldwide.
