## Description

Wielkopolski Związek Lekkiej Atletyki (WZLA) is the regional athletics association serving the Wielkopolska region of Poland. Its mission is to promote track and field and support public-benefit activities for its members and local residents. The association connects clubs, athletes, coaches, officials and athletics supporters, while sharing information about the sport and its regional community.

WZLA provides resources and updates across age groups and competition levels, from youth categories through senior athletics. Its website features competition calendars, records, event announcements and reports, as well as information about clubs, judges and coaches. The association also supports development through coaching conferences, professional training and courses for aspiring athletics judges. It promotes youth participation through initiatives such as the Children’s Athletics programme and regional events, including the Wielkopolska Athletics Thursdays. Visitors can also find timing information, photographs, videos, downloadable materials and links to related organisations. By coordinating activities, sharing practical guidance and publicising competitions and achievements, WZLA helps sustain athletics across the region and encourages participation among athletes of different ages and experience levels.
