## Description

Xavier Golf Company (XGC) is a free, private golf club for promising junior golfers in the St. Louis, Missouri area. Its mission is to help young players develop the skills, direction, and discipline needed to pursue elite Division 1 college golf. Founded by Nicholas Bellon, XGC emphasizes a consistent process and draws on the Ignatian principle of self-examination, encouraging golfers to understand their identity, set clear goals, and take responsibility for achieving them.

XGC supports its members as they develop and compete in junior golf. The team follows players’ profiles, rankings, statistics, and tournament results, and provides guidance related to their golfing goals and college aspirations. Members compete across events and tours including the American Junior Golf Association, Hurricane Junior Golf Tour, GolfWeek Junior Tour, and Gateway PGA. The organization also shares information about its golfers, schedules, results, and recruiting through its website. Led by founder and lead organizer Nicholas Bellon and assistant coach Kal Kolar, XGC offers junior golfers and their families a structured, goal-focused community as they work toward higher levels of competition.
