## Description

XDEMVY is a prescription eye drop containing lotilaner ophthalmic solution 0.25%, indicated in the United States for the treatment of Demodex blepharitis, an eyelid condition associated with Demodex mites. The brand provides information and resources for U.S. healthcare professionals who prescribe the treatment, alongside a separate patient website.

XDEMVY is described as targeting, paralyzing, and killing Demodex mites through lotilaner’s action on mite GABA-gated chloride channels. The site offers practical guidance on prescribing and starting treatment, as well as details about dosing, patient access, and coverage. It also features information about recognizing Demodex blepharitis, including signs such as collarettes, and discusses its relationship with meibomian gland dysfunction.

Resources include clinical-trial information, real-patient results, educational materials, downloadable tools for practices, and patient support resources. Healthcare professionals can also explore a library of eyelid images, physician perspectives, testimonials, and listings for educational events and webinars. The site includes prescribing information and an option to sign up for updates.
