Урокимедитации is a non-profit project that aims to make meditation and yoga practices accessible to everyone and create a positive impact on society. With a mission to help individuals find personal meaning in life and unlock their great potential, they share a balanced system of yoga practices, meditation, and philosophy in a simple and accessible manner. Through their community, they bring people together based on humanistic values and a shared dream of the well-being of humanity and the planet. Led by Dada Sadananda, a monk, yoga, and meditation teacher with over 27 years of practice experience, the project offers free meditation training and marathons, as well as paid intensive practice programs. Dada Sadananda has personally initiated and guided thousands of individuals and introduced nearly 470,000 people to the universal technique. Additionally, he has trained over 80 yoga instructors and basic meditation practitioners.
