## Description

Fössebad Hannover is a community swimming and leisure facility in the Linden/Limmer district of Hannover, operated by the non-profit Gemeinnützige Fössebad Betriebsgesellschaft mbH. Described as a traditional pool with charm, it welcomes visitors for swimming, learning and relaxation. Its main pool measures 25 metres by 12.5 metres, reaches depths of up to four metres and has one- and three-metre diving boards. The water is maintained at 26°C. A separate teaching pool, measuring approximately 12.5 by seven metres, is kept at 30°C and supports swimming instruction and water familiarization. Fössebad lists swimming courses for children and adults among its offerings. Visitors can also use the Finnish sauna, with a relaxation room, winter garden and sauna courtyard available for breaks between sessions. The facility shares information about opening hours, prices, course options and events, including sauna evenings. The Fössebad Support Association, founded in 2005, supports swimming and aims to help preserve the pool for public use. Located on Liepmannstrasse, Fössebad serves local residents and other visitors.
