XOXO is a dynamic and innovative collective of artists and creators, based in Charlotte, NC. Established in 2009 as Machine Theatre, XOXO has been dedicated to developing original performances that captivate audiences. Their creative practice emphasizes training the body, breath, and imagination, resulting in extraordinary theatrical experiences.
Led by the brilliant Founding Artistic Director, Matt Cosper, and Director of Training, Kadey Ballard, XOXO has nurtured a community of talented artists who continually push the boundaries of storytelling. With a focus on generosity, playfulness, and deep listening to the natural world, XOXO's performances are filled with passion and authenticity.
