## Description

XPut is a free online tool for downloading videos, images and GIFs from public posts on X, formerly Twitter. Users paste a post link from the X app, x.com or twitter.com and can save available videos as MP4 files, with quality options up to 1080p. Photos are available at their original resolution, while GIFs are delivered as looping MP4 files. When a post contains several videos or images, XPut presents the media separately so users can choose what to download.

The service works in a phone or computer browser and requires no app installation, account or sign-up. Downloads save directly to the device, with guidance for saving videos to an iPhone’s Photos app or finding them in Android’s Gallery. An optional iPhone Shortcut offers a one-tap workflow. XPut also provides a Twitter Viewer for opening public posts without an account and creating links that remain usable if the original post is deleted.
