## Description

**Brand Description: XRPL EVM Sidechain**

XRPL EVM Sidechain is an innovative platform designed for developers keen to create decentralized applications (dApps) on the XRP Ledger. Launched by pioneers David Schwartz, Jed McCaleb, and Arthur Britto, the XRPL EVM Sidechain enhances the functionality of the XRP Ledger by connecting with EVM through the secure Axelar bridge. This cutting-edge technology, powered by the native eXRP token, boasts remarkable transaction efficiency, with costs below $0.01 and processing speeds exceeding 1,000 transactions per second.

The platform empowers developers by providing a familiar environment to build, port, or fork dApps quickly and confidently, drawing on XRP's robust liquidity and regulatory clarity in the U.S. With support from key collaborators like Peersyst, Ripple, Evmos, and Axelar, the XRPL EVM Sidechain fosters a vibrant community of over 5 million XRP wallet holders, inviting innovators to participate in its governance and expand the horizons of cross-chain dApps.
