Xtra Innings is a family- and veteran-owned indoor baseball and softball training facility serving Post Falls, Spokane, Coeur d’Alene, and the surrounding North Idaho area. It helps players develop their skills year-round with services for individuals and teams, supported by experienced trainers and expert coaches. Players can use batting cages to work on their swing and pitch recognition, as well as dedicated pitching lanes to improve mechanics, control, and speed. Infield and outfield training focuses on fielding, throwing accuracy, and defensive positioning. Private lessons are tailored to each player’s goals and skill level, while team sessions offer opportunities to train together. The facility also provides player development using HitTrax and Rapsodo Pro for hitting and pitching.
