## Description

Yacané is a coaching and wellbeing practice led by Wilko Koevoets, helping people reconnect with themselves through breath, movement and awareness. Its approach combines practical support with body-based methods to encourage greater calm, vitality, resilience and connection. Services include personal coaching, breathwork—particularly conscious connected breathing—guided meditation and Aikido-inspired practice. Sessions can address stress, restlessness, fatigue, recovery from burnout or overstrain, emotional tension, personal boundaries, self-confidence and finding direction. Yacané also offers support related to pregnancy and motherhood, as well as relationship-focused coaching that uses body awareness and non-verbal exercises to explore communication, trust and boundaries. Aikido is presented as a peaceful, creative way to notice and change habitual responses, while breathwork offers a guided opportunity to explore emotions and deeper patterns at an individual pace. The practice also lists retreats, breathing circles and services for business settings. Yacané’s central message is to breathe, move, live and work from a place of greater calm, strength and connection.
