## Description

Yacon & co is a French food brand focused on offering a natural alternative to refined sugar. Its flagship product is yacon syrup, made from a naturally sweet root vegetable cultivated in South America. The brand describes the syrup as cold-pressed and minimally processed, with a caramel-like taste and smooth texture. According to its nutritional comparison, it contains over 30% prebiotic fibre and has roughly half the calories of white sugar.

The product range includes yacon syrup in natural, vanilla and chai flavours, alongside peanut butter and hazelnut and cocoa-hazelnut spreads. Yacon & co also sells a cotton cooking apron and offers product bundles. Its online shop features customer reviews, recipes and articles about nutrition, sugar alternatives and everyday cooking, helping customers explore ways to use its products. The brand presents its mission as making it easier to replace sugar without sacrificing flavour, and highlights its products for use in foods such as pancakes and baked goods.
