Yan’s Kitchen is a cooking and baking school in Ulm offering practical, authentic and health-conscious culinary experiences inspired by cuisines from around the world. Its classes introduce participants to the flavors and techniques of Egypt, China, India, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Spain, Thailand and Vietnam. The program ranges from sushi, tacos, paella and tapas to wok cooking, one-pot meals and dishes for Chinese New Year. Courses feature hands-on preparation of complete menus, from soups and salads to main dishes and desserts; selected examples include koshari, bibimbap, pad Thai and sushi rolls.
