## Description

The Presidency of the Court of Cassation of the Republic of Türkiye, known as Yargıtay, is the official institution responsible for the country’s Court of Cassation. Its website introduces the court’s history, mission, vision, organisational structure, departments and leadership, while providing news, announcements, press statements and judicial year opening speeches. It also publishes institutional reports, including activity reports, statistics, budget information, performance programmes and strategic plans.

Yargıtay offers a range of online services for accessing court information. Visitors can search court decisions and precedent-setting judgments, check the status of a case, view hearing details and notification documents, and manage appointments related to a case. The site also provides access to the Yargıtay Case Law Centre, legal materials, publications and information about projects, ethics and judicial initiatives. Additional resources include details about the court library, the Yargıtay Journal and international documents.
